When St Patrick came to Ireland in 432AD to convert the Irish to Christianity he used the shamrock to explain the mystery of the Trinity. We celebrate the shamrock and St Patrick’s legacy in these hand made Irish rosaries. A gilded image of the shamrock is embossed into each green glass bead. Assembled by hand in Ireland, the gold-tone rosary features a richly detailed Celtic Crucifix, said to have been designed by St Patrick himself to explain the connection between ancient sun worship and the Christian message.
A handsome centerpiece containing an image of the apparition of Our Lady at Knock features Knock Water on the reverse side. Located in County Mayo, this is Ireland’s Marian shrine, where Our Lady appeared in August 1879. An Irish Rosary celebrating the glorious and faithful heritage and honoring Our Lady. Gift boxed. Handmade in Ireland.
